How It All Started

With over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Wayne founded The Service Umbrella in August 2017. Drawing on his leadership experience at Marriott International and Cleveland Clinic Hospital, he set out to build a company known for reliability, hard work, and outstanding customer service.

Bilingual and globally experienced, Wayne has cultivated a dedicated team committed to excellence. His work has earned several awards in the service industry, highlighting his commitment to both clients and employees.

Wayne was born in Southern California and holds an MBA in Hospitality.
